New Name Change FAQ


Q:  Why did you change the name of the Company?

A:  After 40 years of doing business we felt like the a new name would would mark the beginning of an exciting new chapter in our journey.  Other than this change, our existing policies, customer service, management and direction shall remain as it is.  


Q:  Will the Tenant Portal URL address change?Q: Do I write my check to the new name?

A: Yes, the current tentant portal will change.  This change will happen over the next week so you will need to update your book marks or the input field in your mobile application.  The new portal will be bearcreek.appfolio.com


Q: What name do I put on my check?

A:  For all Portland properties: Write check to: Buell Management LLC

For Vancouver Sir James Apartments: Write check to Mountain View Place LLC

For Vancouver Cherry Hill Apartments: Write check to Cherry Hill Apartments

For Vancouver Cambridge Apartments: Write check to Cambridge Townhomes

For Vancouver Stoneridge Duplexs: Buell Management LLC

For Vancouver Bryan's Place: Bryan's Place LLC


Q: Where do I send or drop off my rent in Portland?

A: Nothing has changed here, please continue to write checks payable to the same company.  Our Portland office is still located at 1007 NW 16th Ave. Portland OR 98661.


Q: Where do I send or drop off my rent in Vancouver?

A: Starting August 1st, all Vancouver properties will need to send checks to 2000 NE 112th Ave Vancouver WA 98684.  We will no longer be accepting checks, money orders at your property.  Our property manager will be at this new location if you would like to drop off your check and also say Hi.
