The optimal living space


All of our properties are NO SMOKING AND NO PETS. 

We offer twelve month leases unless otherwise stated.

Application and move-in costs: 

  • An application must be submitted for each adult renter.
  • A non-refundable application fee of $50 is required at the time of application.
  • Move-in costs include one month's rent plus $750 deposit, unless otherwise noted*.

To schedule a showing click the "available properties".  You will be taken to a list of all of our available properties, once you find a unit you are interested in, click the View Details in the lower right hand corner.  A new tab will appear with more information and details about the property.  We will contact you within 24-48 hours.
